German speaking E-commerce Executive
Location: Cramlington, Northumberland
Hybrid work 3 days a week in the office
Salary: Between 25,000 - 35,000 per annum depending on experience

The Company: An award-winning manufacturer and distributor in homeware products.

Main duties: To manage and further develop online marketplaces and third-party sellers.

The Role:
- To manage and optimise existing e-commerce websites (such as Amazon) to increase sales and profit
- To manage product listings and merchandising and implement promotions and seasonal campaigns as required
- To develop and maintain relationships with key trading partners
- To identify gaps in product portfolio and propose new opportunities for growth
- To monitor and analyse competitor pricing in line with product performance and adjust as necessary
- To support with sales and pricing strategies
- To provide excellent customer service and report on customer feedback as necessary

The Candidate:
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience in e-commerce or sales and marketing - Beneficial
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate

The salary: Between 25,000 - 35,000 per annum depending on experience
