Key Responsibilities:
Handling Inbound Sales Inquiries:

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding our product range.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services, answering customer questions and addressing concerns.

Sales Conversion:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and guide them through the sales process.
  • Effectively upsell and cross-sell additional products or services when appropriate.
  • Convert leads into sales by building trust and delivering excellent service.

Order Processing:

  • Accurately record customer information and order details in the CRM system.
  • Ensure that all order details are correct, including contact name, billing information, and shipping details.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure the smooth processing of orders and resolve any order-related issues.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout the buying journey.
  • Follow up with customers after sales, addressing any post-sale questions or concerns.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Street Solutions UK products and services.

Problem-Solving:

  • Identify potential issues with customer orders, delivery, or product
  • specifications, and provide quick, effective resolutions.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Collaborate with Sales Team:

  • Work closely with the wider sales team to share insights, improve processes, and achieve sales targets.
  • Support outbound sales activities when needed.


Skills:

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficient computer skills - excel preferred
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to sell products or services by understanding customer needs and presenting
  • solutions
  • Organisational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic math skills for processing orders, calculating discounts, and handling payments
  • Confident with speaking to customers on the phone
