To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in sales or office-based roles.
• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in both temporary and permanent roles.
• Crafting standout CVs and marketing candidates to clients.
• Building strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
• Meeting and exceeding weekly targets to unlock your full earning potential.
