We currently have a requirement for a sales estimator to join an expanding fabrication company in the Halesfield area. This role will support the growth of sales within the company. For this role you will need experience in a similar estimating role and with good knowledge of the engineering and fabrication processes.
Requirements:
Liaising with clients, preparing detailed estimates and technical proposals.
Collaborate with the Directors and seeing jobs through from enquiry stage to production.
Maintain organised records of estimates, revisions, and project documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service with existing clients and develop relationship with new customers.
Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Essential experience:
You have a strong engineering/fabrication background, +2 years experience.
Demonstrated sales and estimating experience in a similar industry or sector.
You will have ability to read and interpret engineer drawings.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Have strong PC skills.
Good interpersonal and telephone manner, confident speaking to and dealing with customers, supplies and internal departments.
Experience working with RAD quote is desirable not essential.
