About the Role:

As an Area Sales Manager, you will:

  • Focus on New Business Development: Identify, approach, and secure new clients while nurturing opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, lasting partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Deliver Results: Work strategically to exceed sales targets and achieve regional growth objectives.
  • Collaborate: Partner with the internal sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey, from inquiry to delivery.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep up to date with industry trends and market insights to identify opportunities and adapt strategies.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in a technical, industrial, or manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the resilience to thrive in a competitive market.
  • Full UK driving license and flexibility for regional travel.
