Our client is currently seeking a Regional Account Manager to join their team. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving their client's sales goals and budget regionally. You will play a critical role in analysing accounts, creating action plans, and developing strategic account plans to achieve account priorities and brand strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Assess accounts to understand issues, stakeholders, and regional networks.
• Create plans to achieve account priorities and brand strategy.
• Effectively participate in customer visits on site and externally.
• Foster relationships with customers and help them find solutions.
• Identify and win new clients, especially from competitors.
• Present the company's value proposition to prospective clients.
• Develop plans for top accounts and prospects.
• Ensure a positive and constructive approach to achieve growth and increase sales.

Requirements:

• Commercial awareness and an understanding of the financial impact of decisions made at all levels of the organisation.
• Background in Manufacturing especially Packing would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ability to prepare annual sales budgets and regular sales forecasts.
• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
