The role:
First point of call for customers and suppliers
Processing customer orders
Managing as prices queries or orders delays
Placing supplier purchase order on our ERP system
Maintaining stock levels
Working closely with 3PLs and hauliers
About you:
Proven background in Customer Service or Order Management
Previous experience using SAP ERP systems
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
A motivated quick learner who thrives in a collaborative environment
