Are you an experienced Manchester based International Sales Manager with a strong background in the electronics manufacturing industry? Are you ready for an exciting opportunity to represent cutting-edge products across Europe? If so, we have the ideal role for you!

Our Manchester based client is actively seeking an International Sales Manager to join their growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of advanced electronics products across Europe. Based near a major UK airport, you will play a vital role in expanding their market presence and cultivating new business opportunities.

Salary: 60,000 + car allowance + commission scheme

Key Responsibilities of this International Sales Manager role:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company's presence in European markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners across Europe.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to drive growth.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Negotiate and close deals with both existing and new customers.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.

Required Experience for this International Sales Manager role:

  • Proven experience in sales management within the electronics manufacturing sector.
  • Strong track record of success in international sales, particularly within Europe.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and large-scale accounts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the security electronics industry, products, and market trends.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
