Crediton, Full-time, Permanent Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (40 hours per week), Salary is competitive, based on experience.

We are excited to be working with a well-established, family-run business in Crediton who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their small, friendly team.

As Customer Service Administrator you will be:

• Efficiently handle incoming calls and customer service inquiries, providing excellent Customer service
• Accurately process customer orders and resolve pricing queries
• Provide administrative support to both the sales team and office colleagues
• Use or Customer management system for order processing
