We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of 40k+ DOE. The ideal candidate will be based in our clients Yeovil office, though we are open to strong candidates working from our Bridgwater office.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Business Development Executive, you will:
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships
Work with a CRM system, ideally with experience in implementing or creating a CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute effective business development strategies
Report on business development activities, track progress, and analyse results to improve performance
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Proven experience in a business development role
CRM experience is essential, preferably having been involved in its implementation or creation
Strong communication, networking, and organisational skills
The ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
