The Role:

You will play a critical role in managing and nurturing existing client relationships. This position works closely with various departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality products/services, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You will need to be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Cross and upsell the portfolio of solutions the business offer.
  • Provide timely responses to client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and ensure all necessary reporting is completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, account status, and progress on key initiatives.
  • Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
