Job Title: part time, commission only telesales executive - with progress to Full time salaried role based on success. Generous stock options in firm with multi-billion valuation potential.

Salary: £ Commission + Stock Options

OTE Year 1: £46,000k

OTE Year 2: £128,000k

OTE Year 3: £325,000k + stock options >£1M valuation target for these stock options

About Our Client:

Our client, a leading innovator in sustainability - eco building material, is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join their team. Our client has the worldwide exclusive rights to sell a 100% recyclable, 62% lower carbon footprint alternative to MDF made from waste cardboard/old clothes, meaning no virgin trees need to be felled. Leading architects are specifying this material already. With the focus on switching to fully recyclable products becoming a mainstream requirement across all industries, this is a major opportunity to join a fast paced, dynamic company.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly for the Chief Revenue Officer
• Proactively acquire and develop new business through outbound telesales
• Manage the target customer database
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product range for efficient customer engagement
• Would suit a seasoned broker or senior sales person look for a hugely exciting challenge

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Previous telesales/sales experience vital
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to identify needs and opportunities
• Experience in working towards targets and deadlines
• Proactive and hardworking with a "can-do" attitude
