As an Internal Sales Executive, you will:
  • Actively source new sales opportunities through customer engagement
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate product and service information.
  • Receive inbound sales and carry out outbound sales calls to existing and new customers.
  • Process customer orders to 100% accuracy
  • Communicate effectively at all levels of the business, suppliers and customers
  • Collaborate closely with all colleagues to make sure the right products are delivered at the right time.
  • Process purchase orders and liaising with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of products.
  • Advise customers on suitable products based on their needs and specifications.
  • Maintain the Trade Counter area, replenishing and rotating product displays in a dynamic and proactive manner.
  • Follow up sales leads proactively to boost Branch sales.

Your working pattern:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am to 5pm
  • 7am to 11am (Every other Saturday)
  • 60-minute break

You:
  • Commercial awareness and acumen
  • Flooring and wholesales industry/sector
  • Proven experience working to sales targets
  • Customer service experience
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Provision of high quality service in a customer-facing role
  • Adaptive communication
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Ability to work to targets and deadlines
  • Self-motivation, resilience and tenacity
  • Ability to deliver excellent quality customer service to all customers
  • Self-starting and demonstrating initiative
  • Comfortable working collaboratively and autonomously
