About the Role
This is a pivotal opportunity to make your mark in a high-growth environment, working closely with the CEO & Founder who brings a wealth of experience in coaching and development. As the Business Development Manager, you will:
Conduct client research, prospecting, and deal origination.
Scope and close new business opportunities.
Hand over secured accounts to the Account Growth Team for ongoing management.

Experience: You have a stellar track record in selling services (not products) to FTSE250/Enterprise clients.
Sector Knowledge: Recruitment/Staffing, RPO, Human Capital, or Consulting.
Drive: You re a proactive self-starter, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
