Main duties and responsibilities of the Business Development Manager-
Identifying new prospects & opportunities for warehousing & freight services
Develop a comprehensive database of prospects on the companies CRM
Offer a consultative approach to new customers, ensuring that you are listening to their needs and offering the correct solutions
Attend networking and Exhibitions
Prepare presentations, quotes, preparing monthly reports to the board
Meet individual targets and support to meet annual group targets
Key Requirements of the Business Development Manager-
Passionate about sales, driven and self motivated
Devising strategic plans to expand sales
Relevant industry experience would be advantageous
