Relish, a dynamic company in Bristol, is seeking a Campaign Strategist to join their Client Services team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work across a range of revenue streams, including insert planning, retailer management, product sampling, and bespoke projects.

About the Role

As a Campaign Strategist, your role will involve fostering valuable, long-lasting partnerships with clients and suppliers, ensuring KPIs are consistently met to an exceptional standard and that clients fulfil their SLAs.

In doing so, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the success of our campaigns.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Sales team in converting campaigns, providing both administrative and client-facing support to ensure satisfaction and KPIs are met.
  • Manage and execute insert campaigns for clients, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and KPIs.
  • Oversee 1-4 key retailer relationships, managing revenue, forecasts, and annual reviews
  • Liaise with suppliers to deliver best-in-class campaigns, ensuring high standards and adherence to SLAs.
  • Lead insert planning accounts, overseeing yearly schedules, KPIs, and spend with the support of a senior planner.
  • Source and build relationships with brands for campaigns and projects, including new leads and historical contacts.
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness, understanding project profitability, and managing budgets efficiently.
  • Manage project administration tasks such as supplier setups, billing, invoicing, and ensuring accurate project delivery.
  • Prepare presentations for client and supplier meetings, travelling to client meetings and project sites as required.

Additional Information

This Campaign Strategist role operates Monday to Friday with hybrid working opportunities, though flexibility with working hours is essential as some projects or meetings may take place outside of core hours.



Essential Skills

  • A team player who can work autonomously when required
  • Meticulous attention to detail, very organised, and strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, great on the phone, face-to-face and via email
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to learn quickly, think on one's feet, respond positively to change
  • Ability to easily switch between project management and client-facing tasks with a good attitude towards problem-solving and finding solutions


Desirable Skills

  • A knowledge of the FMCG, health, beauty, and fashion industries and its customers
  • Prior marketing agency experience would be beneficial
  • Confidence to identify and scope new opportunities to drive increased revenue to the department
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • An interest in social media
  • 2+ years of relevant experience OR have recently graduated in a relevant field
