Job Summary
Are you a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales? CCA are working with an industry leading Financial Service Organisation who operate within the insurance sector who are seeking an Outbound Sales Agent to their sales team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to a mix of existing and prospective customers, presenting a range of products and services, and driving new business.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to introduce our offerings
Understand customer needs and present products/services as solutions
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success
Document call information and track leads in our CRM system
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Prior experience in sales is essential
