What You ll Do - Make outbound calls to prospective clients, opening engaging conversations to uncover needs.
- Work towards individual KPIs and team targets.
- Manage CRM systems, emails, and calendars efficiently.
- Understand client requirements through effective fact-finding and offer tailored solutions from a diverse product portfolio.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and resilient persona.
What We re Looking For - Recent experience in sales or B2B environments, or strong customer service skills.
- Confidence, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with experience managing calendars and CRM systems.
