Description
The key responsibilities for the role of Collections/Recoveries Account Manager include:
managing a portfolio of litigation cases within the recoveries function
working with solicitors, suppliers and broker partners
Carrying out financial checks on customers i.e Lang Reg,CAIS, Business IQ Reports
Review cases for bad debt provision recommendation
Liaise with asset management to obtain valuations on delinquent accounts
Responsible for completion of the collection and recovery process to minimise risk, prevent arrears and ensure the time collection of payments
