An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a well-established legal services firm based in the heart of London. Offering a hybrid working model, this role provides the perfect balance of office and remote work. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing business development strategies that drive growth and client engagement. This position comes with a competitive salary of £62,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of three direct reports, ensuring the successful execution of business development plans.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities to support the firm s growth objectives.
- Facilitate cross-selling opportunities and manage client relationship-building initiatives.
- Conduct market and client research, providing actionable insights to support targeting and outreach.
- Oversee the development of bids, pitches, and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
What Experience is Required: - Minimum 5 years of business development experience, ideally in professional or legal services.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a proven ability to track and report on business development activities.
