The role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose between remote, hybrid, or office-based work. However, please note that much of your work will be site-based.
About the Job:
As an Events Manager, you'll be the mastermind behind the year-round events calendar. From initial enquiry to execution, you'll handle it all, ensuring each event shines brightly.
Developing, managing, and executing events from start to finish.
Meeting deadlines and budgets without compromising quality.
Building and nurturing client and tenant relationships.
Maximising value and meeting commercial targets.
Managing supplier and stakeholder relationships.
Coordinating with various departments for efficient project delivery.
Providing top-notch hospitality and service to all stakeholders.
Growing income streams through on-site facility bookings.
Ensuring health and safety is adhered too, knowledge and experience essential
Experience:
Up-to-Date Network/Black Book of TPS Providers: Your connections will be invaluable.
Contract Negotiation Skills: You know how to secure the best deals.
Proven Experience of Planning and Delivering Large Scale Public Events End to End: Your track record speaks volumes.
Experience with Ticketing Platforms: You're tech-savvy and ticket-wise.
Worked with Multiple Stakeholders across different Sectors, including B2B
You won't be going it alone. You'll be part of a dynamic events team, collaborating with two other talented individuals. Plus, you'll have the support of our track management expert.
You'll report to the Associate Director, working closely together to drive the success of their events.
Driving Licence: A must-have for getting out and about in this role.
About you:
Proven experience planning and delivering large-scale public events.
Proficiency in Event Health & Safety and compliance.
Experience working with external suppliers and stakeholders.
Familiarity with ticketing platforms.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Track record of working with diverse stakeholders, including B2B.
