Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, manage, and grow reseller relationships to drive sales and brand presence.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue, margin, and activity targets.
  • Identify new reseller opportunities using market intelligence and proactive outreach.
  • Promote and upsell AV solutions, providing expert product knowledge and outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and account plans.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maximize opportunities and achieve shared goals.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in account management, ideally in AV or IT distribution.
  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
