We are searching for a delivery-focused Account/Programme Manager to join a specialist consultancy based near Farnham, Surrey. The role will be working with a diverse range of international clients, supporting the delivery of L&D programmes, strategy consulting and change management projects.
We re looking for client facing experience ideally in an L&D, Change Management, or Internal Communications environment. An understanding of learning management systems will be needed, along with experience using project planning software.

The Account Manager/Programme Manager role will involve: - Project management and planning using MS Project and Planner and Kanban boards
- Liaising with clients and facilitators pre and post programme scheduling
- Diary management for client meetings
- Scheduling project work across the business, maintaining a balanced workload
- Preparing materials for L&D content, content plans and toolkits
- Compiling and summarising post programme feedback documents
- Working with the team creating, planning and executing proposals and developing business within your own client portfolio
- Overseeing and maintaining sales forecasts
- Preparing sales and finance reports, invoices and ensuring expenses are captured
- Supporting the business with marketing campaigns, social media presence, and keeping Hubspot up to date.
Person profile: - This role would suit an energetic candidate with a commercial mindset, and previous project/client delivery experience
- A highly organised team player with a can do attitude who can work independently to high standards
- Experience in a service led role involving writing proposals and pricing work
- Excellent writing skills for creating content and developing instructional communications for clients and team members
- A proactive and consultative approach.
