Our client is a specialist manufacturer of high-complex tolerance components in the Aerospace Engineering field. With extensive machining capabilities allowing this business to take on the toughest aerospace engineering challenges. The Commercial team externally and internally work between the customers and production. With regular reviews being in place this will require occasional travel within the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities for the Junior Account Manager
Responding to and managing client delivery order books
Ensuring client portal data is appropriate and ensuring internal systems are up to date
Ability to analyse potential delivery concerns from provided data
Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements
Negotiating order book changes with clients as appropriately required
Help develop and maintain 100% delivery data and performance
Attend client meetings / progression calls as required
Escalating client concerns or problems if required
Essential skills, knowledge and experience required for the Junior Account Manager
Previous experience in Aerospace is desirable or other highly regulated industries
Experience in account management, sales admin or a similar role
Customer facing experience ideally with procurement professionals
Proactive mindset
Excellent communication and confidence in their ability to deliver
