Job Title: Brand Executive Location: Burntwood Salary: Up to 32,000 Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid in office once a week Start date: December - Jan The Role We are recruiting for an experienced Brand Executive to join our client's team. This is a full-time permanent role, based in Burntwood with hybrid working, requiring occasional travel across the UK to sites and events. Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will play a crucial role in delivering the brand marketing strategy, managing national campaigns, and coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives, including new product launches. Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage a national campaign calendar, ensuring high-quality delivery of brand campaigns and new product launches.
- Analyse and report on the performance of brand marketing initiatives, offering actionable insights.
- Collaborate with external partners to deliver marketing initiatives aligned with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Create and proofread marketing copy, ensuring alignment with brand tone of voice and guidelines.
- Support content creation across platforms in collaboration with the Social Media and Content Manager.
- Align acquisition marketing activities with brand guidelines for cohesive messaging.
- Manage ongoing charity partnerships and create bespoke action plans where required.
- Coordinate customer communications to enhance parent engagement and promote key initiatives.
- Work closely with operations and internal communications teams to brief and update centre teams on marketing activities.
- Organise, produce, and review marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
Candidate Criteria The ideal candidate will have: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of brand management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in adopting innovative marketing technologies and strategies.
- Proven experience in delivering successful brand campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for collaboration.
- A results-driven mindset, using data insights to refine and enhance campaign performance.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, adept at handling competing priorities.
- A track record of executing campaigns on time and within budget.
- A team-oriented approach with the ability to inspire and guide stakeholders through campaigns.
- Broad expertise across generalist marketing functions with a hands-on attitude.
