The ideal candidate will be a skilled internal communications professional with expertise in driving engagement, embedding values and delivering impactful messages to different audiences, working closely with the marketing team, SLT and Chief Executive.

Description
The successful Internal Communications Lead will be responsible for the
Design and implementation of internal communication strategies to drive engagement and action.
Drafting and editing of communications such as newsletters and emails; and also driving the agenda for Town Halls and creative communications.
Monitoring and reporting on data trends, pulse and feedback to inform future strategies.
Organising company-wide events and webinars.
Liaising with department leaders and the SLT to keep employees informed and engaged; with the gravitas to influence where required.
Ensuring internal communication messages align with brand values.
Profile
A successful Internal Communications Lead should present
Proven experience in a similar role and demonstrable examples of influencing and driving engagement through periods of change.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and examples of working with hard-to-reach audiences.
The ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Ideally, you will have worked within a business with Union support; to understand the dynamics of this relationship.
