The successful Internal Communications Specialist will be responsible for:
Assisting in the development and implementation of communication strategies to effectively convey key messages.
Ensuring consistency in brand messaging across different channels.
Ensuring communications are delivered through the optimal channels and formats to engage and support partners.
Working collaboratively with peers and colleagues to achieve key objectives.
Monitoring and reporting on the success of communication strategies.
Managing the production of promotional materials and construction of clear briefs for partners.
Profile
A successful Internal Communications Specialist should have the following skills
Experience in internal or external communications.
Experience with communications technology, utilizing multiple platforms, including social media and digital applications.
Examples of supporting projects and delivering against tight deadlines.
Ideally, exposure to a global business operating in multiple markets to appreciate nuances in culture.
You should have strong verbal and written communication skills and exceptional detail orientation.
An interest in health and wellness would be advantageous.
