Offering import, export, cross trade freight solutions globally the team are based in the UK but with partnerships that extend across the world, so they are well placed to service all their clients freight needs worldwide. Now due to expansion we are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Account Executive to join the team in their office near Manchester Airport
This is a newly created position and forms part of the commercial sales team, in your role you will support the Commercial Sales Director and sales department. You will build relationships with Potential and Existing clients and ensure that a high standard of customer care is prevalent at all times.
Key responsibilities are as follows
Dealing with new and existing sales clients with regards to any queries, questions they may have about their freight Liasing with Clients and companies offering support and guidance on all freight services offered Account management Handling rate changes Market intelligence and admin support Research new customers/targets Sales support and administration
In order to apply
We are looking for internal freight sales, freight account management or freight forwarding operations experience to move into a more commercial sales role Account management experience A commercial approach and customer focused skills. Confident freight forwarding knowledge Excellent customer services skills. IT skills (Microsoft Office) High Level of communication skills to maintain internal and external relations
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: Negotiable Between 25k and 35k depending on experience Company Bonus scheme, aimed at personal performance and also linked to company performance, at the discretion of management. 10% Commission scheme on any introduced client Hours of Work: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday Private Medical insurance after 1 years' service Pension scheme
