Description:
Our client is a well-established Freight forwarding company providing Freight, Transport and Distribution services to Northern and Southern Ireland.
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Internal Sales and General Administration, with a focus on supporting the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Internal Sales: o Cultivate relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new opportunities for business growth. o Respond to inquiries, provide product information, and prepare quotations for potential clients. o Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. 2. General Administration: o Manage the Managing Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. o Handle correspondence, both internal and external, in a professional and timely manner. o Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Freight, Transport, Distribution experience Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Salary and Benefits:
25,000 to 30,000 circa Commission/Bonus 23 Days holiday plus extra holidays for a Christmas Shutdown
