Our client, based in the Surrey area is on the lookout for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their growing team. They are looking for a candidate who is brilliant with people and great at building up relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful sales team and become part of a growing business!
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Achieving agreed sales targets for new and or used vehicles.
Building trust, communicating effectively and exceeding customers expectations, leading to loyalty and referrals.
Handling all customer queries and complaints and ensuring they are resolved to achieve customer and company requirements.
Maintain and accurately record all customer contact/details using the companies dealer management system and other in-house systems.
Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of major competitors.
Your background & skill:
Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive.
Full driving licence.
Excellent levels of professionalism and customer service.
Highly motivated and target driven.
Ability to up-sell products and features and able to negotiate and close a sale.
