Your Role
At the premium development site, you'll be working with a stunning collection of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom contemporary homes, and you ll:
Welcome and build rapport with customers, guiding them toward their dream home.
Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services tailored to their needs.
Generate leads and connect customers with colleagues for further assistance.
Foster strong relationships with developers and maintain clear communication to ensure smooth operations.
What You ll Bring We re seeking someone with:
Experience in New Homes Sales (essential) or a background in estate agency with an interest in new homes.
A customer-first approach, serving as the go-to person for clients and developers alike.
Excellent communication skills, a confident telephone manner, and a genuine love of helping others.
A professional, organized, and adaptable mindset with a strong work ethic.
A results-driven attitude and determination to exceed targets.
