The Role

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing accounts.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders within the NHS and private healthcare sectors, including procurement teams, clinicians, and decision-makers.
  • Promote Solutions: Deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations of our cutting-edge medical devices and service contracts.
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and effective pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities across the sales and service divisions to maximise market share.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports to management.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrable success in selling medical devices or service contracts to the NHS and/or private healthcare providers.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and regulations within the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with capital medical device equipment
  • Relevant degree, professional qualification or demonstrable experience within the medical device and/or life science sectors
