Frontline are flexible to some hybrid working as it will be your desk to manage so a mixture of time between the office client visits and home as it is important to us that the job fits around you as well and your work life balance.
Responsibilities:
Conduct phone calls to prospective clients and candidates.
Gaining client and candidate attraction
Business development meetings
Coordinate with hiring managers to fill open positions.
Maintain a high level of client engagement and generate new business.
Communicate with candidates regularly face to face, via phone or email.
Experience:
1-3 years of recruiting experience preferred
Previous experience in sales, business development
