ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER / LISTER Residential Estate & Lettings Agency

Salary: £45,000-£50,000 OTE

Position: Permanent Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a sensational ability to win new business, and who is looking to take the next step in their career! Our client would ideally like an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager but if you are currently an experienced Sales Negotiator ready to take a promotional step, we d love to have a chat!

The ideal candidate will already be an experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager / Lister, who is capable of generating appraisals, winning instructions and the ability to assist in managing the Sales team.

You will be a highly motivated, enthusiastic and target driven. You will also need to provide first class customer service at all times and lead by example.

Skills: The skills required for this Assistant Sales Manager / Lister role will include:

• Previous residential sales / estate agency experience essential
• Experience in valuations and winning instructions essential
• Smart, articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
• Previous success in managing a team beneficial
• High level of customer service skills
• Great telephone manner and positive attitude
• Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Petts Wood and surrounding area helpful
• Full Driving License essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
