We are seeking a motivated full-time Sales Representative and Delivery Driver to work Monday to Friday driving our efforts into the field and helping maintain our exceptional level of companywide growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is sales-focused and enjoys meeting new people.
Selling our range of bread, cakes and confectionary directly to independent convenience stores on a daily basis you will be responsible for the sales performance and availability of products within each account you serve.
Established Route already achieving commission.
OTE £30,000 to £40,000.
Ability to achieve OTE OF £45,000+
Additional targeted bonus every 6 months.
28 days paid annual leave inclusive of Bank holidays.
Company vehicle.

Ongoing Sales and Merchandising training.
Upskilling on how to run and manage stores.
Job Responsibilities
Achieve agreed targets.
Drive a company van to deliver products on designated routes.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met.
Target new business and build trade in existing calls.
Manage stock levels and ensure the van is well organised.
Promote and sell our full range of products.
Process orders and handle cash transactions efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service and address any enquiries or issues.
Report on sales activities and customer feedback to the Management team.
Drive sales by building relationships with independent convenience stores.
Maintain and grow existing accounts while targeting new business opportunities.
Deliver products and manage stock levels with efficiency.
Previous experience in FMCG sales, particularly food or bakery products, will be advantageous.
