Our client is a new and upcoming booking company for Holistic Healthcare. They are now looking for an experienced Brand Strategist. Responsible for the overall marketing with the role heavily focussed on building and developing the brand and creating a strong brand identity. Our client is based in modern offices with facilities within the building based on the outskirts of Altrincham where all staff work onsite Monday-Friday. The company is looking to launch the company in January 2025.

Duties:

  • Developing and implementing brand strategies for both organic and paid marketing
  • Managing budgets to support brand awareness
  • Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Implementing and managing brand related paid and organic marketing campaigns
  • Managing brand consistency across multiple departments
  • Analyse potential B2B and B2C partnership opportunities
  • Engage, maintain and manage influencer / industry figure relationships
  • Implementing and updating social media posting and marketing calendars
  • Line management of Social Media Manager
  • Lead on campaign optimisation to utilise budgets and maximise results
  • Report on campaign performance and key metrics

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Brand Strategist or similar, ideally within a fast-paced industry.
  • Proven background and knowledge of paid social media, social media marketing techniques, PPC advertising platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in launching new brands and managing large marketing budgets.
  • Proficiency in PR campaign management, with experience in securing media coverage and managing brand reputation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to work full-time in the office, with occasional flexibility for off-site meetings or events.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines consistently.
