Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a fantastic client in the Mansfield area who are looking to expand their team with a Sales/Customer Service Advisor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales/Customer Service Advisor to join a established team & would suit an individual with previous Sales or Customer Service experience
Key Responsibilities:
Answering the telephone to customers and dealing with their enquiries and questions
Dealing with customer returns and refunds, feeding back complaints to Line Manager
Ensuring urgent orders are dispatched on time
Coming up with ideas to improve sales in a proactive manner
Increasing sales and monitoring those sales on a weekly basis
Serving customers over the Counter
Answering queries and questions
Ensuing priorities are dealt with in the required order and being flexible when they change
Improving customer experience and satisfaction whenever possible
Display a confident telephone manner
Requirements & Qualifications
Must be willing to work one in two Saturdays on overtime
Confident face-to-face with customers
Confident over the phone
You will be confident in your knowledge and ability to upsell products and services.
