Description: Junior Telesales Executive/Account Manager

Full-time - Monday-Thursday 9am-5.30pm and Friday 9am-3pm
Salary: £26,000 - (plus OTE of £30,000-£40,000 in Year 1; £50,000+ in Year 2)
Work Location: Office based It s a great buzz amongst the team and there s plenty of camaraderie! Therefore, you must be prepared to reliably commute, with transport links from most surrounding towns OR the option of free onsite parking.

You could be making up to £40,000 on top of your basic salary in your first year and £50,000 by your second.

Key Responsibilities:

You must be confident, to pick up the phone and have conversations with Senior and key decision makers and Stake holders.
Conduct warm outbound calls to potential clients, to introduce products/services for the likes of mobile, network connectivity and broadband.
There is targets to meet and if you thrive under pressure and you manage your time and customer accounts well, those targets are extremely achievable.
Keep an accurate record of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive and resilient attitude money motivated!
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and outlook.
