Job Title: In-House Account Manager (Contracting Recruitment) Job Type: Part-time, Tempoary (15-20 hours per week) Location: Coventry - Hybrid Working
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented in-house Recruitment Account Manager to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. Ideally, you will have experience in large-scale organisations such as manufacturing, banking or public sector. This position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a large internal organisation within a HE environment and play a pivotal role in managing contract recruitment and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Contractor Compliance: Ensure full compliance with contractor regulations, including IR35.
Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including hiring managers and recruitment agencies.
Job Specifications: Create clear, precise job descriptions tailored to organisational needs and designed to attract top talent.
Recruitment Process Management:
Assist hiring managers to screen incoming CVs to identify the most qualified candidates.
Organise and conduct on-site and teams interviews efficiently.
Conduct all relevant compliance and regulation processes in-line with HE standards.
Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Agency Coordination: Manage relationships with 4-6 recruitment agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates.
Administration: Keep meticulous records of candidate and contractor data while maintaining recruitment and compliance tracking systems.
Required Skills and Experience
Strong experience in contractor compliance, with in-depth knowledge of IR35 regulations.
Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with proven success in working across diverse teams.
Proficient in drafting job specifications and managing recruitment workflows end-to-end.
Hands-on experience in CV screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
Skilled in managing relationships with multiple agencies (4-6 simultaneously).
Educated to A-level standard or higher is preferred.
Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
