Our client is seeking a new Store Manager to join their team based in London within the Hair & Beauty Sector. As a Store Manager you'll lead, coach, and develop a team of Store Assistants to deliver high operational standards, excellent customer service, and strong sales performance.
You will ensure the store operates smoothly and in compliance with all standards. With a commercial mindset, you will think strategically to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the district's overall growth plan.
As Store Manager you will be offered an impressive salary of 35,000 with a bonus scheme on top.
Responsibilities as a Store Manager

Requirements as a Store Manager
Previous experience in retail management, preferably within Management
Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve store goals
Ability to mentor and develop a team
A strong commercial mindset with a focus on driving sales and exceeding targets
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with retail management software, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office
