A new opportunity for a Hire Controller to join an independent Access equipment hire company who are providing a range of diesel, battery, hybrid and LPG Power options to construction and domestic users.
As a Hire Controller, you will be providing excellent customer service as well as providing advice and guidance to customers to help ensure the correct equipment is hired.
What do I need?
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Experience working within Plant / Small tools environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust schedules as needed
The ability to work well as part of a team
Ability to always work with processes and procedures in mind
Self-motivated and reliable
Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Responsibilities:
Work with rehire companies to provide rehire for own customers
Managing a high volume of outgoing and incoming hires
Promote a range of ancillary services
Communicating with internal and external customers via e-mail or telephone
Processing admin enquiries
Providing excellent advice and guidance to ensure correct equipment is hired
