We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance brand presence and engage with target audience. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our social media activities align with overall marketing goals and public relations efforts.

Duties

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience while maintaining brand voice and identity.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities, responding promptly to comments and messages.
  • Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media management.
  • Conduct regular audits of social media accounts to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and policies.
  • Prepare reports on social media performance for management review.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • A passion for staying current with social media trends and developments.
