KBB Recruitment are working with a reputable and innovative manufacturer specialising in kitchen components, known for their high-quality products and exceptional customer service. As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to join their team and cover the North of the UK. This is a full time permanent position, paying at 40,000 - 45,000 DOE +bonus, Hybrid Car, Fuel, Phone, Laptop, Expenses and private medical. As an Area Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales and build strong relationships with kitchen manufacturers & retailers. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within your region
- Identify and engage with potential customers, including kitchen manufacturers, dealers, and distributors, to build and expand the customer base
- Conduct regular sales visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to promote the range of products
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the internal sales team and other local departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- In addition to strengthening existing relationships, you will use your technical and market expertise to support the sales team in winning new business
Ideal Candidate will have: - Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within the KBB industry or related sectors
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Willingness to travel extensively within the North UK region
