Location: Hertfordshire

Hybrid working - 2 days on-site per week

Please note there is no possibility of full remote working for this post, 2 days are essential

Salary: 45,000 - 48,000 per annum

Our established client is seeking an energetic Marketing Automation Manager to join their vibrant team, supporting the CRM function in executing marketing and operational communications. They're looking for their MAM to collaborate closely with the Product Marketing team to deliver, review, and fine-tune their CRM and operational marketing strategies while managing the day-to-day implementation and upkeep of system-driven campaigns, including workflow management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Product Marketing team in executing, reviewing, and continuously optimising CRM and operational marketing strategies
  • Take charge of the daily implementation and upkeep of operational and system-generated campaigns, ensuring smooth workflow management
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the operational side of the business, championing the tech that powers marketing efforts
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor moves, identifying areas where they can grow and improve
  • Perform thorough testing and approval processes to ensure all communications meet high standards of quality and consistency
  • Ensure all messaging stays true to the brand and strikes a chord with their audience
  • Conduct A/B and multivariant testing to refine and optimise automation efforts
  • Provide insights to improve the overall customer journey, making it seamless and engaging

The ideal candidate:

  • A multitasker with a knack for juggling multiple communication channels effortlessly
  • 3+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Responsys, dotdigital, or similar
  • Familiarity with lead scoring models and Recency, Frequency, Monetary (RFM) models
  • An all-round automation marketer who enjoys both strategy and implementation
  • A skilled communicator who can craft messages that resonate with players' emotions-whether they're excited, confused, or need extra support
  • A touch of wit and charm, with the ability to make our players smile through honest and personable communication
