Business Development Executive 26k- 40k DOE Bexleyheath Mon-Fri My exclusive client based in Bexleyheath are looking to recruit a Business Development Executive, desirable from the construction industry, who will reach out to individuals who are managing projects in the residential field. You will be working from a CRM and completing a vast amount of sales techniques to win new clients. Day to day of the Business Development Executive: - Handling any leads and following these up with quotes and negotiating agreements. - Managing the existing and new potential clients. - Manage relationships and keeping that existing business flowing throughout. - Generating business from attending events, the CRM system, attending site etc. - Managing the CRM system and updating with relevant details. - Completing email marketing to the CRM database or offering referral scheme payments. - Liaising with senior management with weekly reports on growth and potential leads upcoming. - Cold calling leads and building the social network platform with the director. - Reaching monthly and weekly KPI's.
Requirements of the Business Development Executive:
Business development experience.
Experience of Selling products or a service at a high revenue.
Construction industry experience desirable.
Experience of exceeding targets.
DL and a car.
Bubbly and outgoing personality.
Can do attitude and wants to achieve more.
