We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Sales Administrator to join our client's team and support their sales operations. Due to recent and continued growth, the team is expanding. Key Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
Oversee and manage house accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor and manage the sales inbox, ensuring all inquiries and orders are addressed promptly.
Respond to customer emails and answer phone calls, providing excellent customer service.
Coordinate orders with the design team to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
Assist the Order Processor with various tasks, including sending quotes, replenishing stock lines, and checking orders before processing.
Communicate and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Perform other related duties as required to support the sales team and overall business operations.
Requirements of the Sales Administrators:
At least 12-18 months experience as a Sales Administrator.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
IT competency, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Team player and able to work on own initiative and independently.
Ready to start immediately.
