Our client, a leading electro-mechanical engineering company, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive their sales operations and contribute to their global growth. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a professional who excels in team management, process optimisation, and international market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and optimise a new CRM system to enhance sales efficiency and customer insights.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of internal account managers, fostering a high-performing sales culture.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage overseas distributors to expand market reach.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to align sales initiatives with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management within an engineering or technical B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, with prior experience in implementing or optimising CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Background in recruiting and managing distributors, preferably on an international scale.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organised.
