Job role of the Business Development Executive:
Sales calls to prospective or lapsed clients
Prospect for leads and perform cold-calling to build a strong pipeline
Confident using different methods for generating leads (cold calls / email / social media / events etc)
Book meetings for the business development team.
Understand the customers' needs and tailor the service to their needs
Update customers about new launches and record customers reactions to new products
Be aware of the latest industry trends.
Who/what are we looking for?
Outbound telesales experience
Excellent telephone manner
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Tenacity and ability to handle rejection.
Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems
