Unify are delighted to be recruiting for an Account Executive to join a leading supplier of safety and construction products based from Walsall.
You will be tasked with new business and account management by maintaining and developing customer portfolios for areas of investment and assisting in growth.
What do I need?
Experience working with customers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organisational and strong communication skills.
Knowledge of Customer Relation Systems (CRM).
Responsibilities:
Drive growth across all areas by actively monitoring and achieving sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a dedicated portfolio of customers.
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate supported pricing and source special non-stock products as required.
Process and manage sales orders efficiently to ensure smooth transactions.
Prepare detailed and accurate quotations, following up to secure outcomes and provide exceptional service.
Manage customer activity through a dedicated CRM system to maintain all data.
Ensure customer complaints are dealt with
Identify opportunities and complete own administration requirements
Desirable:
Experience working within the Construction, Distribution or Hire industries.
