Part time Marketing & Communications Manager - St Albans - Up to £50k (pro rata)

We re looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our clients marketing efforts in a flexible, part-time role. Reporting directly into the COO, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently while collaborating closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance external brand presence and drive business growth.
  • Employer Branding: Work with HR to shape the employer brand
  • Digital Marketing & Content Creation: Manage social media presence (primarily LinkedIn), Take full ownership of digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Business Development Support: Produce high-quality bid documents, case studies, and other marketing collateral
  • Website & Internal Communications: Oversee website content updates and manage internal communications
  • Campaign Management & Analytics: Lead marketing campaigns, track performance, and report on key metrics.

What We re Looking For:

  • Degree level education or equivalent work experience
  • Strong experience in B2B marketing, ideally within professional services and new business tenders.
  • Significant digital marketing experience
  • A strong communicator with the ability to work closely with senior leaders
  • Highly organised with an excellent eye for detail
